When statewide sales exceed 1,000 plates, $15 of each $25 fee will be placed in a special fund for use by the Virginia Commission for the Arts. The money will supplement funds allocated by the General Assembly in the state budget.

Founded in 1992, VFTA’s mission is to preserve the arts in the Commonwealth by increasing funding for the Virginia Commission of the Arts.
