When Kelsey Baggarly's parents, Gina and Cliff, brought her to the Warren Memorial Hospital Emergency Department last year, her injury required both immediate medical attention and specialized care. "I'm sure we couldn't have had better care anywhere," says Mrs. Baggarly. "A nurse met us at the door, and they were by her side the whole time, getting her stabilized and ready for transport."
