At Thistle Hill B.y HELEN BRIDGES Rappahannock Newt Contributing Writer The Rappahannock Garden Club met on June 19 for their annual business meeting and luncheon at Thistle Hill B&B near Boston. Hostesses were Betty Wood, Breezy Gannon and Betty Smith. Reports from the club’s various committees and awards for the past year were cited. Some of those were the Court House project of beautification, planting and cleaning up of the grounds, also picking up litter oil Route 231 for a two mile stretch. ' Five awards were received from the district meeting at Wintergreen. The junior division of our club received two awards. Our newsletter, our landscaping and the most money contributed to highs school students within the state clubs was another award. - YOUR MONEY ORYOUR
