The case of Jesse Earl Pond III, arrested for possession of cocaine and driving while drinking, will be heard before a jury on Nov. 5.
Franklin B. Reynolds, bond’s attorney, had entered a motion to suppress after Pond was indicted by the Grand Jury on July 9. The motion was denied last week in Rappahannock Circuit Court and Pond now faces trial in November.
