up meetings to provide community members with a chance to share their input and get involved in a direct way with helping organize various aspects of the project. Then the challenge will be to get organizations and individuals to pridefully involve themselves by adopting a stretch of road for the next T.F.R. pick-up in late winter/early spring of 1999.
