Rosebud Cottage. After only the third week, the shop already seems a success.
A retired sales representative for a local well drilling company, Steve Soaper greets customers and handles sales, while his wife prefers to work behind the scenes, purchasing new items, pricing, and setting up displays. “We could fill two houses with things that are still packed,” Steve Soaper noted wryly.
“We constantly have to keep rearranging, bringing out new items and rotating stock.” To provide more shop space, the couple plans to add onto the house and create a garden atmosphere in the yard where customers can sit and relax.
