Headwaters will hold a Fall Forum, “Ballfields, Bricks and Bonds,” on Sept. 29 at RCHS starting at 5:30 p.m. with tours of the proposed athletic fields and featuring speakers who will discuss the county vocational education plan, the RCHS proposed building expansion and expansion funding, beginning at 7 p.m.
