PURSUANT to section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15 2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 5, 1998 at 7:00 pm in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
SE #98-08-02 Application by Susan Nielsen to create a parcel of 20 598 acres from a parcel of approximately 231 acres Parcel to include existing migrant labor camp, and is defined by existing property line of adjacent parcels, Rt 630, and the existing farm access road Tax Map 4, parcel 14A, zoned “A"Agricultural Use allowed under Section 170-36A of the Rappahannock County Code
