Miss Lillard was born April 13, 1919 in Madison County, the daughter of the late Frank and Bertha Thornhill Lillard.

She is survived by one brother Ernest Lillard of Washington and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were conducted at the TurnerRobertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal on Wednesday, Jan. 20 with the Rev. John Burke and the Rev. James Burke officiating.

Interment followed at the Flint Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Bill Harris, Keith Kinsey, Richard Kinsey, Scott Kinsey, Kevin Kinsey and James Menefee.
