Students at Wakefield Country Day School in Huntly have recently achieved exceptional scores in national exams, especially in the language-arts areas. , Two of the 15 seniors at the School scored a perfect 800 on the verbal section of the SAT I in 1998. The two are Jacob Konick of Washington and Travis Williams of Flint Hill. ’ The average score for all Wakefield seniors in 1998 was 720 on the verbal section, 610 on the math. , In comparison, the 1997 scores at Wakefield Country were 635 on verbal and 530 on math. >'
