the annual meeting of the Library Board of Trustees on Jan. 28 the Board received reports from the various committees and seated its new member, Mrs. Mary Brown of Amissville.
Frank Warner, president of the library board, announced that the library has received a letter from Mr. Jo Desha Lucas, Administrator of the Estate of his sister, Judith Carter Lucas advising that the library is the beneficiary of approximately $75,000 from the estate of the late Miss Lucas.
