Henry Gorfein’s letter (Rappahannock
News, Jan. 20) complains that our only (sic) delegate to the Virginia House of Delegates, Mr. Jay Katzen, has not introduced legislation for taxes on food and lodging revenues. (A referendum on the food tax was passed by the county in November) According to Mr. Gorfein, he put “his politics above the desires of his constituents,” showing that “he just doesn’t get it.”
