The said lot was conveyed to Middleton Miller, William H. Carter and Stonewall J. Wood, Trustees

November 20,1885 and recorded February 8,18 in Deed Book R. at page 26.

And it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the heirs at law of MARY M. LONG ana FRANCES L. SLAUGHTER who now are or may be deceased, and whose names are unknown, are or may be interested in the subject property In which title is to be quieted in this suk, if any such heirs at law there be
