Charles and Lucy Foster of Flint Hill were honored with a reception celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary given by their children on Dec. 20 at the Flint Hill fire hall. The celebration was attended by 100 of their closest friends and family members.
The couple was married Dec. 22, 1948 in Hagerstown, Md. by the Rev. Norman Trott.
