ORDERED, in accordance with Section 64.1-179 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 (as amended), that this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation tn Rappahannock County and that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate do show cause, if any they • can, on the 8th day of March, 1999 at 10:00 AM before this Court at its courtroom at the Courthouse in Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, ‘ against the payment and delivery of the Estate of | Marie Tarpey, deceased, to the distributees and legatees, without requiring refunding bonds.
