“A Child’s Health” will be presentedon Saturday, Feb. 27 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Culpeper County Library. Many activities will be offered including child and infant CPR training; vision and hearing screening; depression screening; story time and puppet theater; fingerprinting for personal ID by the Culpeper Police Department; developmental screening; local 4-H and “Doc in the Box.” McGruff, the crime dog will be the special guest. Several community agencies will also be available to answer questions or provide information. Plan to take advantage of this free service to assure your child’s continued good health. * Volunteers are needed to help with the 1999 Trash free Rappahannock (TFR) clean up drive with a $1,000 first prize for the most bags collected.
