It may seem like graduation is eons away for the class of 2004, after all school only began last month. But senior year, a mere 183 days,, will quickly disappear. It is not too early to begin planning for life after graduation. As French novelist Anatole France once said, “To accomplish great things, we must dream as well as act.”

Those students who dream of college need to be preparing for the application process now, says John Blackburn, Dean of Admissions at the University of Virginia. He says that students should be gathering their applications at this point and looking over the questions they will be required to answer.
