Joy. lb different people this word has different meanings. For some it is a favorite song, a piece of warm pie, a favorite novel or the sight of an old friend.
Castleton architect Tom Teppei hopes that his pen and ink sketches of five local villages in Rappahannock County will also make its way onto this list.
“I hope they give people joy. Joy is sometimes kind of hard to achieve in this world now,” he said.
