Two full-time positions to assist with the administration of Capital Improvement Projects. Capital Asset Replacement Projects and major maintenance projects. Responsibilities include coordinating and collecting information needed for project support, site inspection (to include photographing of projects during various stages of construction). and providing project support at planning, design, pre-construction, construction and outfitting stages. Requires general knowledge of methods, principles, practices, and techniques of project and construction management, use of computer applications including word processing and spreadsheet applications, funds and data management, and the ability to perform routine statistical analysis and monitoring complex financial records. Requires combination of education and experience equivalent to a High School diploma, supplemented by course work in construction management with strong preference in architecture, engineering or business/administrative relating to project management. or course work from a technical school in construction management and at least 2 years of related job experience.
