I have no idea why the Rappahannock News saw fit to print Mr. Beers’ rambling complaint last week regarding his application for a concealed weapon permit from a Circuit Court Clerk’s Office somewhere. I would like to assure your readers that his application was neither submitted to nor processed in the Rappahannock County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office. To mislead your subscribers in this inflammatory fashion is indeed unfortunate.
