John G. Cahill

John Gregory Cahill, 65, of Huntly died Jan. 11 in Florence, Italy.
Mr. Cahill was born Dec. 6, 1938 in New Jersey.
He and his wife, Patricia Anne Cahill, moved to 1 Huntly in 1983, where in 1998 they established a store called Nature’s Gifts.
Mr. Cahill worked for IBM and was a retired geologist.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Mickey Cahill.
Mr. Cahill is survived by two daughters, Anne Marie Milano and Susan Kincart, and one son, John Cahill.
Additional survivors include one sister, Patricia Hettling and two brothers, Mark Cahill and Danny Cahill and a number of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A mass of Christian Burial was held Jan. 19 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Front Royal conducted by the Rev. Vincent Bork.
