They continued their community activities and were consistent attendees at the Tbwn Council and other government meetings. Not only did they attend, but both provided what was always constructive input, something for which I was greatly appreciative. Bill was a special human being and we will miss him and the spirit with which he lived. Dr. Young was a hero in our community.
