Lions Club music contest
The annual music contest sponsored by the Rappahannock Lions Club on Feb. 29—the Bland Music Contest— is accepting applications frorj>"Students attending any elementary or high school in Rappahannock or who is home-schooled here. Students do not have to live in Rappahannock to participate. Applications are available at the elementary and high schools, Wakefield School and the Rappahannock County Library.
