the Envirothon competition, a contest the students hope to compete in this spring.
The students' finished products were presented on Dec. 10 at the CRC Student Symposium. The forestry team compared areas that were logged some years ago using horses to areas within the plot not logged to see if any new species moved into the opened areas. They found that there were no new species present.
The soils team tested the soils all over the plot to compare levels of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and the pH. They found no significant differences in these parameters across the
