She is survived by six daughters, Joyce Gingrich of Woodbridge, Va., Mary Roberts of Bedminster, N. J., Edna Brown of Alexandria, Gracie Brown of Warrenton, Kathryn Crawley of Manassas and Deborah Brown of Hume and seven sons, Rev. Carroll Brown of Oxon Hill, Md., John Brown of Cheverly, Md., Ray Brown of Adelphi, Md., Earl Frank Brown of Sabastion, Fla., Will Brown of Warrenton, Rev. Ludwell Brown of Jeffersonton and Arthur Brown of Del Ray Beach, Fla.

Additional survivors include Mamie Bennett, Lucy Bradock, Rebecca Shelton, Antionette Shelton, Nettie Shelton all from Washington, D. C. and Lorraine Turner of Front Royal, 43 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held Jan. 17 at Macedonia Baptist Church in Flint Hill with Rev. Howard Frye officiating and Rev. Ludwell Brown delivering the eulogy. Interment followed in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Flint Hill.
