I cannot imagine anyone even considering sending school buses down the dangerous “S” turn. I have driven buses for a living and held a commercial license. With deep trenches on both sides of the road, which make it impossible to pull over, the extremely sharp series of turns and a very steep grade, I doubt that a school bus could safely negotiate that blind “S” turn and certainly not if another vehicle approached from the other direction. It could be hazardous at best and disastrous at worst.
