Robert Berwington Settle of Amissville! VA received a promotion to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 5. at Fauquier Hospital.
"B”, as he was known to family and friends, was bom on October 19. 1922 in Rock Mills to the late Robert J. and Eliza Settle.
He was a past member of the Amissville Ruritan Club and a past Mason. He was a member of Amissville Baptist Church and attended Gourdvine Baptist Church. “B" was a little league baseball coach in Amissville for many years and a member of the Republican Party.
Mr. Settle was preceded in death by his first wile Dorothy Settle and a brother William Settle.
He is survived by his wife Virginia M. Settle, daughters Pamela Jean Jenkins and -her husband David of Amissville, VA and K. Kay and her husband Jack Thomasson of Sandy, UT.
