• On Thursday, Feb. 7, the Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the Rappahannock County courthouse on Gay Street. • On Tuesday, Feb. 12, the Rappahannock County School Board will meet at 7 p.m. closed session and at 7:30 p.m. public session at RCHS band room. • On Wednesday, Feb. 13, the Town of Washington’s regularly scheduled Town Council meeting will be held at Town Hall at 7:30 p.m. Highlights from the agenda include an update from David Cubbage, VDoT, on the possibility of additional stop signs on Main St.; a report on a possible project with RappFLOW regarding the Avon Hall pond; a report on wastewater which includes an update on the Environmental Assessment Public Hearing and Nutrient offsets, a report on the refinancing of Avon Hall; a consideration of a meeting date to continue the review of the draft Zoning Ordinance; the reappointment of an ARB member, and the consideration of a new street light on Gay St.
