The Amissville United Methodist Women will hold their annual indoor-outdoor yard sale rain or shine on Friday, May 15 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Saturday, May 16 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The sale is known for its large inventory and low prices. Hot dogs and drinks will be available. All proceeds go towards missions.
There will be an allmusical program at F. T. Baptist Church on Slate Mills Road, Sunday, May 17, at 2 p.m. This wall be an eclectic program with both classical and contemporary music performed on the pipe organ by guest organist, Dennis Stevens. The program also will include country gospel vocalists and a performance on the hammered dulcimer.
There is no charge for this program and light refreshments will be served afterward.
