Knowledge of business structures, state and federal taxes, business procedures, accounting functions are highly desirable. Self-motivated, flexible and able to multitask. Bachelors Degree and 2 years experience or High School Diploma and 6 years of education and experience. Proficient irv Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to tour commercial facilities of alt types and construction sites in various stages of development. Credit, criminal background, and driving record checks and valid driver s license in Virginia or regional state of residence.
