The Summer Solstice Farm Dinner is one of two, new farm-related events originated by Rappahannock County’s Office of Tourism which are being planned jointly with local volunteer groups.

The Office of Tourism and the Farm Tour Committee, chaired by Cliff Miller, will host a countywide farm tour featuring 21 agriculturallyrelated locations Sept. 26 - 27. An “All Things Rappahannock” market will be featured at The Link in Sperryville, where tour goers may pick up farm tour maps, purchase locally made products as well as see and hear presentations on sustainable agriculture and stewardship of the land.

For questions, email info@GourmetRappahannoc k.com or will 540-987-8682, mailbox 2. Sponsorship opportunities for the farm dinner are still available and may be arranged through the same phone number.
