The former Public House - once a storied restaurant in Flint Hill - may soon become office and retail space pending a proffer from a group of investors to expand the existing listing of allowed uses from that of a restaurant and bed and breakfast only
Rappahannock County Administrator John McCarthy initially recommended approval of the change at last week's county Planning Commission meeting, but the issue was tabled pending a request for more detailed drawings on the intended improvements and additions to the property
