“The project was bigger than we originally thought.” said McCullough.
“Originally, we had just wanted to spruce the place up, but once we got into it. the owner (Said Hawa of Fairfax) decided to make it perfect," explained McCullough.
There may be light at the end of the tunnel, however, as McCullough said the owner and management will meet this week to set a date for opening.
Construction is mostly finished, said McCullough, and all the permits are in place. They are just waiting on the furniture.
