Budget issues
Virginia Guv Tim Kaine announced last ; week an additional budget shortfall of $1.5 million bringing into question no “if,” but “when." the state would further reduce funding to schools.

The plan outlines prevention measures - such as washing hands and covering mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing - but also gives details should the schools be closed due to an outbreak.
