lines, we were very grateful to get some service restored within four days. It certainly was understandable to wait a bit longer - as more storms kept rolling by - to have an entire crew restring two new lines from road to field to house.
Perhaps we might want to be more thankful than grumpy that Verizon and other telephone services are here and working - sometimes at odds with nature - to keep service going in our sprawling countryside where communication service is very limited but sorely needed
