Oct. 31 is the last day absentee ballots can be submitted by voters who cannot make it to the polls on Election Day, Tuesday. Nov. 3. The Rappahannock County Registrar of Voters office, behind the Commissioner of the Revenue office next to the courthouse, will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. this Saturday to accept absentee ballots.
