Jane Kilby, cheerleader at RCHS acting as a hostess for the District SCA meeting held Saturday here, greets guest speaker Dr. Edgar F. Puryear, Jr., and his sons Chip Puryear and Colt Puryear of Stanardsville and O. A. Norton, Superintendent of Schools in Rappahannock and Warren. Hounds from the Red Oak Kennels at Woodville are consistent winners in the field trials around the Old Dominion and the Virginia State Trials held in Culpeper during the weekend were no exception. The animals registered in the name of Misty Lynne Hitt and trained by her granddad Clifton Clark reaped a large harvest of trophies.
