The Julia E. Boddie Scholarship Committee invites the community to participate in the selection of the 2010 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King. Jr. “Dream Keeper'' Awards to be presented Sunday, January 17, 2010, 4 p.m. during the 19th Annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration in Rappahannock County held at The Theatre, Gay Street.
