Out of the attic Apple harvest in Rappahannock is keeping orchardists hopping as they take care of the heavy crop. Louis Moore of Flint Hill uses a front end loader to place bins of apples on the truck. The bins hold about 22 bushels of fruit. Many of the trees have been weighted to the ground with their heavy load and some damage results when the limbs crack and break from the burden.
