David and Birgitt Thornhill announce the marriage of their daughter, Lauren Eva, to Michael Dickson of Raleigh, N.C., on Oct. 3.
The day was perfect for an outside wedding in beautiful Rappahannock County.
A reception was held afterward in Sperryville at “The Link” attended by 140 guests.
Lauren and Michael enjoyed their honeymoon traveling the Napa Valley region in California.
The bride and groom are both graduates of Virginia Tech.
Lauren is a landscape architect in Raleigh, N.C., and Michael is an industrial designer there.
The couple will reside in the Raleigh area.
