"An Evening with Mark Twain,” at The Theatre, Washington, 8 p.m. Acclaimed local actor Frank Dixon plays the beloved humorist in his native Missouri twang, using excerpts from Twain's lectures and letters. The Unitarian Umversalists of the Blue Ridge (UUBndge), who are arranging the program, will donate half of the net proceeds to The Pantry. Tickets are $15. • Annual Chili Cook-Off and Bluegrass Festival of the 4-H Livestock Club, 1 - 5 p. m.t at Rappahannock County High School. Adult tickets $10 in advance; $12 at the door; students $5 ; kids under 5 years, free. Participants will enjoy hearing music from vanous bluegrass musicians, sample chili from multiple chili cook-off contestants and collect holiday gifts at the silent auction.
