If you are looking for lovely all-natural fresh decorations for the holidays, look no further than the Rappahannock County Garden Club’s holiday decorations.
Not only will you be participating in a tradition several decades old, you will be getting a gorgeous competitively priced arrangement and you will help support the good works of the garden club.
Proceeds from the garden club’s one and only fundraiser are used to send several Rappahannock children to two different nature camps. One is a two-week stay-over academically-challenging camp run by the Garden Club of Virginia in Vesuvius and the other is a two week-long Rappahannock nature camp.
Proceeds also provide scholarships to county high school students and help fund other garden club projects such as the courthouse plantings in the spring and the Farm to Table Program.
What’s available this year? Two kinds of undecorated wreaths, two gorgeously decorated wreaths (one with magnolia leaves and the other full of blue cedar berries), fresh garlands by the foot, a door swag and centerpiece/table top arrangement in white or in red. Prices start at $25.
