For the fifth year in a row the Artists of
Rappahannock Studio and Gallery Tour showcased the creative energies of Rappahannock County.
On a beautiful fall day artists and gallerists opened their doors to county residents and to visitors from across Virginia and beyond, showcasing the work and talent that fives here year round.
Once again the tour demonstrated that the arts are not only important to Rappahannock’s economy but also to our quality of life. The arts generate a special sort of renew able energy and constitute one of our most enduring and valuable resources. On this fifth anniversary it is especially gratifying that the Artists of Rappahannock Studio and Gallery Tour was voted Best Event of the Piedmont region by the readers of The Piedmont Virginian magazine.
