Annual Joseph S. Rumbaugh Historical Oration Contest at 1 p.m., in the John Barton Payne Building in Courthouse Square, Old Town Warrenton., hosted by The Virginia Society Sons of the American Revolution, Culpeper Minute Men Chapter. The contest is open to all students of the freshman, sophomore, junior and senior classes (Grades 9-12) m the public, parochial, private and homeschools within the junsdictions of Fauquier, Culpeper, Rappahannock, Madison and Orange Counties. Students are encouraged to participate to call attention to our Amencan history of the Revolutionary penod and its continued relevance; and to clearly illustrate how the Revolutionary War and contributions of our Founding Fathers created the foundation for the many freedoms we enjoy today. Student contestants must contact and register with the Culpeper Minute Men S.A.R .
