I)r. Molnar Serves As Festival Judge Dr. John W. Molnar. professor of music at Longwood College, of ficiated as judge of the choral festival for Districts I and 11 of the Virginia Music Educators As sociation held on Saturday. March 16. at Ashland. On Saturday. March 23, he will judge the band festival for the same districts at Manchester High School in Richmond. Dr. Molnar was recently ap pointed to a Music Educators Na tional Association committee for audio-visual equipment w h i c h makes studies of uses of audio-vi sual aid in music education.
