Order of Publication The object of this suit is to en force a tax lien of the Common wealth of Virginia and the Coun ty of Prince EdWard in the amount, of $60.45, together with interest, penalties and cost on a certain tract or parcel of land standing ift the name of Nancy Carter, and described as follows: That certain parcel of lanu. lying and being in Farmville Magister ial District. Prince Edward Coun ty, Virginia, containing 8 acres more or less standing on the land books in the name of Nancy Car ter and described as being part of the Israel Hill property, bounded on the North by the old Kelsey place; on the South by the lands now or formerly owned by Phil Walker; and on the Northeast by the lands now or formerly owned by Albert Johnson, and on the West by the land now or formerly owned by Ben Forbes. An affidavit having been made and filed, according to law stat ing that the defendant, Nancy Carter, if living, is not a resident of the State of Virginia, and her post office address is unknown, and the bill stating that there are or may be heirs, devisees and successors in title of the said Nancy Carter, who are proceeded against as Parties Unknown: it is ordered that the said Nancy Car ter, if living, and such Unknown.
