Virginia state director of the Babe Ruth League Youth baseball program, has revealed plans .for a concentrated drive during March and April to expand the organization within the state Dr. Devine, who served as presi dent of the Lynchburg Babe Ruth League for three seasons before assuming the state post, will be seeking to add to the present 14 leagues in the state, six of which were registered for the first time in 1956. ‘We will provide complete in formation for all persons interest* id in forming leagues" Dr. De vine revealed, "as well as arrange for the showing of the Babe Ruth World Series film " "Any community or area hav ing at least 60 boys in the 10. 14
