Chosen Delegates to Camp
Roxanne Rogers, Winchester, . and Wilfond W. Spradlin, of Bedford county, have been chosen as the two 4-H club members to represent Virginia at the annual leadership training camps at Camp Minniwanca, Michigan.
The announcement was made this week by Dr. William Skelton and Miss Hallie Hughes, of the State 4-H office at VPI, who explained that the delegates are chosen on basis of club work, leadership ability, and community activities in competition with all 4H club members in the state over 14 years of age.
Roxanne Rogers, a club member of seven years, will attend the camp from July 31 to1 August 13.
