'Farmers* Meeting Set

Herman Stockslager, president) of the Four-State Farmers’ Committee, announced recently that the Four-State Farmers’ meeting 'will he held in Franklin CouTt auditorium, Hagerstown, on Friday, January 25. ,

These meetings are arranged through the cooperation of farmers, agricultural extension services agricultural experimental stations and the rural department $1 the Northern Virginia Power Company.

Their success in past years have made these meetings a popular fixture on the farmers’ calendar.

Local farmers and county agents from this area who are assisting in the planning for the ’52 Farmers’ Meeting are: W.H. Lyne, Maurice O’Bannon, and C. C. Zinn.

As in previous years, the meeting will be Al-day session and a series of timely topics will be scheuled for discussion. They will be of particular interest to all farmers in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
