Green for life with remainder in fee simple to Estelle Virginia Green by Aylette F. Green and Lizzie Green, his wife, by deed dated December 11, 1897, duly recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia December 13, 1897 in Deed Book U at page 86; to make a division of the proceeds of the sale amongst .the owners according to their interest ; and to get such other and general relief as to equity may seem meet.
